Rate Prices:

  • 3 nights = $300 per night
  • 4 nights = $275 per night
  • 5-6 nights = $250 per night
  • 7 nights = $225 per night
  • 8+ nights = please contact for rate
  • Additional fee per person, per night over 6 people, 8 maximum = $50.00
  • Housekeeping fee = $150 +$3 Tax = $153
  • Security Deposit = $250
    (to be held as a separate check/charge and returned within one week of departure)
  • Pet security deposit fee = $250, if applicable
    (to be held as a separate check/charge and returned within one week of departure)
  • Delaware County Occupancy Tax of 2%, charged on rental rate and Housekeeping fee
